Caroline turned 3 on May 18th. It is so hard to believe that she is 3 years old! She ordered Miss Carolyn's "yummy cinnamon rolls" which I do not know how to make, so I cheated! They are not from a can, but they are not from scratch. She loved them anyway! She chose to spend most of the day in her pj's. This is a true trait of Caroline! We spent the morning outside, made cupcakes and had our traditional family party that night. Caroline's friend, Kate, and her family joined us for dinner and cupcakes. Our theme this year was kitties! Caroline loves kitties, so we had kitties. The funniest thing she asked was if we could get some real kitties to come to her party like the horse that came to Madeline's. It was hard for her to understand that kitties are a little harder to corral than horses! It was a great day and we truly feel blessed to have this little bundle of pure joy in our lives. She is a ball of fire and the sweetest little thing you ever saw. She talks a million words a minute and is a friend to everyone! If anyone in our family needs a laugh, you can count on Caroline to give you one. She loves to sing, dance, swing, read books, and watch the movie, Spirit! She really is our sunshine! Happy Birthday, Caroline Raye! We love you sooooooo much!
