I made green pancakes for St. Patty's Day Breakfast. We always celebrate this day. No we are not even a little Irish, but Denny and I met on St. Patirck's Day in 1996, so it is a tradition to celebrate! Madeline looked at her pancake and said, "Hey they are green!" She then got quiet and said, "Hey they are shamrocks!" All of the sudden she grinned from ear to ear and said, "Oh no, I forgot! It's St. Patrick's Day!" They must have been good, because they ate every bite!
